At Poupette St Barth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
